Since 2006, I have gained experience in management and supervisory positions, particularly as a leader of HR and administrative functions and various development projects. As an HR director, I have worked in organizations with over 1,000 employees in the technology industry and public administration. In addition, I have held positions as head of customer relationship management, sales, and marketing communications in the insurance and wellness sectors, among others. I have conceptualized and designed service portfolios for several support functions. I have worked as a project manager in HRIT projects and as a project leader in challenging merger, cooperation, and development projects in public administration and the technology industry. I have served on several strategic steering groups in addition to my work on management teams.
