Carina Bergström

I have several years of experience in the role of marketing and sales manager, as well as in entrepreneur-driven and SaaS companies. I have also worked as a Passenger Services Manager at Novia/the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration, where I was responsible for a large number of employees and actively participated in recruitment processes.

During my previous career in growth companies, recruitment has been an important part of my work. Finding the right person for the right job is a major success factor. As an entrepreneur, I believe that it is extremely important to build a staff culture.

Creating a good mix of age, experience and skills is an inspiring challenge. Building relationships has always been a central part of my work. I also have experience in internationalization and expansion into new markets.
