I help my clients achieve the results they need, both as a management consultant in implementing change and through direct search, finding skilled professionals for their teams who will take their organizations in the desired direction. My career consists of both business coaching and direct search consulting. In my work, I have been able to help companies ranging from start-ups and micro-enterprises to Finland's largest listed companies.

I have been conducting direct searches since early 2022, particularly in the energy industry. In connection with this search, it should be noted that I have conducted several searches for project manager and sales positions in the fields of switchgear, power distribution, and electrical automation. In addition to these, I have also searched for individuals with S1 and master mechanic qualifications for various business leadership roles.
