I have a decade of experience in management team work and CFO/finance director positions (Secto Automotive Oy, Intrum Oy) from the perspective of both private equity-owned and listed groups. I have played an active role in board work as part of my CFO role. I have built and been responsible for the governance model and ESG program, implemented the transition of group reporting for the leasing business to IFRS standards, set climate targets, and ensured reporting in accordance with CSRD requirements in sustainability reporting. I have seen the company through the sales process from one private equity investor to another. I have been actively involved in creating a value-based organizational culture for the company and a management model based on it, which has enabled the high-quality and efficient implementation of large project entities in collaboration with a committed finance function.
