Maaret Jokinen

I have 15 years of experience in a wide range of HR positions, including more than 10 years in senior and management roles. My strengths lie in managing HR entities within structures and influencing business needs. I have worked as People & Culture Director at Secto Automotive Oy, where ESG (S) was also part of my job description. As HR Director at MTV Oy, I was responsible for the personnel management of all media staff and journalists. As a corporate culture designer at Leidenschaft, I have been involved in developing the culture of several Finnish companies through employee understanding, values, and DD projects. Value-based management and leadership development are particularly close to my heart. I also became familiar with interim roles through this work. A gentle but firm multi-talented human resources manager. My values are: humanity, honesty, and consideration for others.
