Mika Kantola

I have worked for a long time, 15 years, as the CEO of municipally owned groups. In this role, I have gained extensive experience in areas such as business, sales, and customer relationship management, outsourcing, and public sector operating models.

As a person, I am fundamentally positive, intuitive, and present. I grasp things holistically and quickly. I have a strong positive view of humanity and believe in continuous growth and development. In addition to my work as a headhunter, I train and coach leaders to become more self-aware. I invest in both my physical and mental well-being and always strive to be a better version of myself.

In recruitment, I have always emphasized the suitability of the candidate for the organization and its culture; i.e., the most qualified candidate is not always the most suitable. I have been working as a recruitment consultant since the fall of 2023.
