Niko Tikkanen

I have more than 20 years of diverse business experience in SMEs and listed companies in Finland and abroad. In the early stages of my career, I worked in financial management for about eight years, progressing to CFO. From 2007 onwards, I have been in charge of P&L in different companies or organisational units where I was able to build teams successfully. At its peak, my area of responsibility had a turnover of more than 120 M€ and nearly 800 employees. In addition, I have been Procurement Director in charge of group procurements of more than 120 M€.

I have been able to use my diverse business experience and understanding in dozens of direct search processes since 2023. My direct search projects have mainly involved a variety of C-level positions and financial management roles, ranging from listed companies to SMEs in different industries.
