I have extensive experience in business development, strategic renewal, and change management in a variety of industries. I have led sales, marketing, and expert organizations, built new service and business concepts, and developed sales, marketing, and process entities.

My work has also included developing customer, personnel, and management experience research services, as well as digitizing operating methods and improving efficiency. In recent years, I have also worked extensively with development projects, project financing, and public tenders.

In my advisory roles, I coach management, support strategy work, and help organizations build clear operating models aimed at sustainable growth. I have served as CEO, sales director, business leader, and chairman of the board, among other positions. I have over two decades of board experience from several different companies and industries. My approach to work is strategic, practical, and strongly solution-oriented.
