I am an experienced growth entrepreneur, CEO, and board member. I have spent most of my career as CEO of Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG), where I and my team built a leading Nordic healthcare analytics and consulting company from scratch, operating in four countries with over 200 employees. I also have extensive expertise in commercializing university research projects in the consulting, technology, and software sectors, particularly in the MedTech and healthcare industries. During my career, I have applied for dozens of management team roles and board member positions in growth companies and conducted board evaluations. From 2024 to 2025, I will be working as a full-time board professional. As a serial entrepreneur and certified board member (CBM), I bring my extensive experience to the benefit of companies. I hold a Master of Science in Business (M.Sc. Business) and a Doctor of Science in Technology (D.Sc. Technology) from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University, which has also awarded me a docentship in the management of expert services.
