Yrsa Landsdorff

I have a 20-year experience from the product manufacturing industry, where I’ve been in different roles within LT, sales, marketing, brand management, product portfolio management, product development and customer service. I’ve also worked as leadership and sales consultant, facilitator, executive & business coach, board and advisory board member. I’ve always worked in an international atmosphere and through that had the absolute pleasure of cooperating with people from all continents.

As a result of my portfolio career, my strength is a broad-mindedness and I see myself as a bridge between the harder facts of business (strategy, processes, profitability and efficiency) vs. soft values (teamwork, energy level, motivation and psychological safety).

My values are based on embracing diversity and using it as a strength.
